Shipping Policy

Kinmoor Pet Co. ships to the United States and most international destinations. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partners, including warehouses in the United States and overseas. This page explains processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3-7 business days

  • Canada: 7-14 business days

  • International: 10-21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, customs holds, or due to carrier delays.

Split Shipments

Some orders are fulfilled from more than one warehouse. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email you a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost, contact us at sportsnerd1987@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it. Orders are not considered lost until the carrier confirms loss, which may take up to 21 days.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
